Martha Swindelle

Martha Swindelle has toured the Southeast as a musician, but all roads lead to home. A native Savannahian, educated at Savannah Christian Preparatory School and Armstrong State University, Martha received her real estate license in 1994 after falling in the love with the business while working at a real estate company as her first job out of high school. She leveraged lessons in dealing with varying personalities and problem solving from her musical career to her real estate career, finding many similarities between the two professions.

Martha takes pride in her real estate philosophy treating every client individually with personal care, honesty, and integrity, without losing her sense of humor to make the buying or selling experience an exciting milestone for her customers. Clients recount Martha’s hands-on communication approach as comfortable, competent, and easily accessible. Her listings come primarily from referrals and past clients and she also finds working with first-time buyers a rewarding experience.

Martha is respected in the industry and has many notable accomplishments and designations. She has been a member of the Konter Million Dollar Club, Remax Presidents Club, and SABOR Million Dollar Club. She holds an Associate Brokers License, is a graduate of the Realtor Institute with e-PRO and SRES designations making her a National Association of Realtors Senior Specialist.

Martha and her husband, Roy, of 38 years residing on the picturesque Vernon River with their beloved hound dog, T-Bone and rescue cats. When she’s not playing music, she’s volunteering her time to philanthropic organizations such as Kindred Hearts Transport for rescue animals, to name a few. Some of her favorite Savannah staples include strolls down Bluff Drive, Johnny Harris’ BBQ sauce and celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with family and friends.
