Stephanie Vietry-Kandl

Stephanie Vietry-Kandl led a successful national career in marketing, market strategy, and commercial real estate strategy before moving to Savannah in 2018. During her 15-year corporate career, she represented business firms in Chicago, California, New York, and elsewhere throughout the nation. Stephanie’s knowledge of diverse marketplaces, their residents, and business owners, makes her a great real estate advisor for those considering relocating to the Savannah area and for those who have been here for generations. Throughout her career, she has garnered loyal clients through her values, hard work and integrity. Formally educated in Business Administration with an MBA from Northwestern University, Stephanie is also an avid sports fan, travel enthusiast, and adventure seeker. As an undergraduate at Temple University, she was a 4-year scholarship member of the women’s varsity soccer team and served as team captain. Stephanie’s abilities as an experienced business practitioner and as a disciplined athlete serve her clients well. Whether her clients are looking to buy or sell property, Stephanie is knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive. Above all, Stephanie has a passion for working with people and learning what is important to them and their happiness. Her main goal at Savannah Realty is to craft the perfect fit for her clients’ needs.  When not working with her real estate clients, Stephanie spends time with her husband, two young children, and dogs. She enjoys boating, outdoor activities, and new restaurants. She is an active member of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and competes in multiple tennis leagues in Savannah.
