Victor Tirao

Victor Tirao made the trek from the Pacific Northwest finally settling in Savannah in 2007. Starting his career as a chemist, Victor has a natural ability to translate complex strategies into innovative solutions for his real estate clients. Victor is known as much for his “anything it takes” work ethic as he is for his industry knowledge, obsessive attention to detail, integrity and limitless patience. With nearly 10 years of experience investing in real estate, Victor decided to pursue his life-long passion and joined the Savannah Realty team in 2016.

Victor’s inspiration is fueled by his client’s stories and dreams. He strives and approaches every client as the most discerning and hopes to provide them with the same exciting experience he and his wife enjoy in the real estate market and is tireless in his efforts for buyer and seller alike. He negotiates and rally’s behind his customers like they are his own family. Victor marries his personal experience with professional expertise providing a competitive edge to realize client goals. He is persistent with his knowledge of the local as well as national markets to benefit the interests of his customers providing great instincts to negotiate successful sales. His specialties are residential, income and vacation rental properties in Savannah’s Landmark Historic District, but not limited to as he services all of Savannah, Pooler, and Richmond Hill. Victor Tirao dedicates himself to supporting clients through every stage of their real estate journey.

Victor and his Wife have one Son and two Labrador Retrievers. They enjoy spending time in their home on Greene Square and taking regular walks throughout their downtown neighborhood. His daily ritual is given a kickstart with a few craft espresso drinks at his favorite downtown cafe Gallery Espresso while enjoying everything the beautiful city of Savannah regularly offers. Victor is an avid outdoorsman and accomplished fisherman who loves to spend his free time on the Intracoastal Waterways of Georgia’s Barrier Islands as well as the Florida Keys.
